Terms & Important Information:

• The order is confirmed only after full payment
• Delivery is charged separately (cost depends on location)
• Delivery time is given as a time window (e.g. 6:00–8:00 PM), exact time is not guaranteed

• Balloon float time depends on temperature, air conditioning, and room conditions
(approximately 4–8 -12-16 hours for latex balloons; foil balloons last longer)

• We use high-quality materials, however we are not responsible for any damage after delivery
(e.g. popping, flying away, mishandling, etc.)

• Balloons are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

• Re-delivery requires an additional charge (from 50 AED)

• For hotel / restaurant deliveries, the client must arrange access in advance
(we can provide company documents if required)

• Decorations are created in the agreed color palette; slight shade variations may occur
