Shipping & Delivery Policy

General Terms

Delivery Attempts & Re-Delivery
If a delivery attempt is made and the recipient is unavailable, unresponsive, or requests to reschedule, the order may be re-delivered for an additional fee, subject to the next available delivery slot.

  • Re-delivery fee: AED 50 (Dubai – flat rate)

  • Room Decorations and backdrops - delivery is included
  • Free pickup: Available from The Greens and Views – Al Samar 2

Re-delivery will be scheduled only after confirmation. The same item will be re-delivered in its current condition. If the condition is deemed unsatisfactory upon re-delivery, a new order must be placed.

If neither the sender nor the recipient responds within 48 hours of the failed delivery attempt, the order will be cancelled with no refund.


Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete recipient details. If an incorrect phone number or address is provided and the order is delivered to the wrong location, the item cannot be retrieved and no refund or replacement will be issued. A new order must be placed.


Balloons & Product Care
Balloon lifespan depends on handling, temperature, humidity, and environmental conditions. We are not responsible for damage, deflation, or reduced lifespan caused by improper handling, storage, or exposure to heat, sunlight, sharp objects, or outdoor conditions.


Order Refusal & Cancellations
Refunds are only available before order preparation and during address confirmation. Once an order has been prepared or if it is refused upon delivery, no refund applies. In such cases, an alternative recipient must be provided, and a re-delivery fee may apply.


Returns & Quality Issues
Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Confirmed quality issues: Eligible for a replacement item, an item of equal value, or a full refund

  • Quantity issues: Eligible for a replacement or a partial refund corresponding to the missing items

All claims must be reported immediately upon delivery with supporting photos or videos.
